What is a personalised protocol?
A personalised protocol is a structured plan designed around your goals, health history, lifestyle, availability and how your body responds to treatment. It may use one therapy or a thoughtful combination with the frequency and timing adjusted as you progress. No two protocols at CELL look the same, because no two people do.
What other therapies are available at CELL?
In addition to the InBody 970 body composition scan, CELL offers Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (CellRegen chamber, 2.0 ATA sessions from 55 minutes), 360° Red Light Therapy (CellRegen Thrive 41, 41,600 LEDs 20 minutes), Far Infrared Sauna (NUVIE Arc 25 to 55 minutes), and Contrast Therapy combining the sauna with Cold Water Immersion (NUVIE Ember Pro) in an approximately 55-minute supervised sequence. Which therapies are right for you depends on your goals and health history that's what your personalised protocol is built around.
Do CELL's therapies replace my GP or medical care?
No. CELL does not replace your GP, specialist, emergency care or allied-health team. We work within professional clinical scope, we will never advise you to stop prescribed medication, and we may request medical clearance or refer you to an appropriate practitioner where needed. CELL works best as part of a broader health strategy not in isolation from it.
What should I expect from my first visit?
For the free InBody scan offer, your first visit is centred entirely on your scan and understanding your results. Arrive normally hydrated, remove your shoes, socks and heavy jewellery, and the scan itself takes 70 seconds. You'll receive a full printed results breakdown, a short consult to walk through what it means, and free access to the InBody app. It's an introduction to CELL not a sales pitch. The team will follow up to discuss whether a full personalised protocol might be right for you.
